Returns

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging with all parts included.

Email shopcybe@hotmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.

Unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Items that have been installed, wired, altered or used, and items without their original packaging, cannot be returned.
