All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at the wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or cannot fulfil it, and will refund any payment in full.
4. Shipping

5. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Full details are in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Installation and safe use
Hardwired fixtures such as pendants, chandeliers and wall lights must be installed by a qualified electrician in line with local building and electrical codes. Always follow the product instructions and use the correct bulb type and wattage. Shopcybe is not responsible for damage, loss or injury caused by incorrect installation, misuse or modification of a product.
7. Use of our website
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to copy, scrape or resell its content. We may suspend access to anyone who breaks these terms.

The Shopcybe name, logo, website design, text and graphics belong to Shopcybe or its licensors. You may not use them without our written permission.
