Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We are not able to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes outside the US, or freight forwarders.

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no hidden fees at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.

Larger items such as chandeliers and floor lamps may take slightly longer. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather or holidays.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. If an order has several items, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged in transit, email shopcybe@hotmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible — once an order has shipped we can no longer edit the address.
